Photographer's Ad

Check out this ad-you might recognize the little one year old in the tu-tu...That's my sweetie! These were some of the shots we got from her one year old session. I was surprised to see them come in an e-mail ad on facebook. My favorite is the one with her thumb-this was the 'let's just try one last shot" at the end of the session. She was tired and had definitely had enough, but I put her back on the backdrop just once more, and tossed her taggie blanket to her, and this is the expression we got. I just love it-sweet, fun and timeless. Thank you, yet again, Dave for your patience and your amazing work!

14 month update

-giving lots of hugs and kisses, and blowing kisses
-walking all over and even turning and starting to run in the opposite direction when she's got something she's not supposed to have
-still taking a morning and afternoon nap
-communicating so much between gestures/signs, sounds and words
-new words: yeah! ju=juice; tick-tock=clock; ......................bop, bop, bop! for smoke alarm or anything that makes noise
-immediately puts her hand up to her ear when she hears the phone ring, and gives me a look like, "are you gonna get that?"
-love the "wheels on the bus" song and book and points her little finger in the air and goes "ss ss sss!" for "swish, swish, swish"...
-loves,loves, loves her 'elmo's favorite songs 2' dvd-calls it "ya ya!" (la, la, la, la-elmo's world)
-while eating, will hold her spoon in one hand, and take food off of it with her other hand to get it to her mouth :)

we love you so much little girl! you are such a miracle!
